Being alone.. That's all I ever knew how to do. It seemed from the very beginning of my birth, I was a loner. The outcast.. The thoughts raced through Mira's head, as she rose up out of her bed. It was quiet in the house that she lived in alone. It was quiet, as the sun peered in through the black curtains of the bedroom. Mira slowly uncovered herself with the white blanket. Then she put her two feet on the side of the bed and she slouched a bit. But being alone never made me feel better. I seemed to get filled up with so much rage, that it consumed me. She looked up at the old fashioned clock that hung over a dresser with pictures on it. The time was about ten in the morning. She rose up on her two feet and padded into the bathroom that was in her room.
She gave a look in the mirror, before getting a brush and brushing her long brown hair. She got undressed and put on her regular clothes. As she gave the bow tie on her chest a final tug, she stood up straight. It was, of course, a day off from the school. Like a normal girl, she would get up and go to the mall to see what the news was, but she wasn't a normal girl. She would go there to see if there was word of war or to see if anyone from school had been killed. It seemed weird, but Mira never had any plans on the days off.
She put on her black boots and padded into the hallway by her bedroom. Then she trotted down the stairs and gave a glance around the living room. It was empty. She went towards the doubled door and opened one. She, then, went out of the door and outside of the house.
"Hmph." She gave a narrow eyed look around. Then she began to walk towards the main road. Not too far from there was the Omotensado Mall.
Once she got to the entrance of the mall, she stepped in and stood at in front of the door, staring.

Alex was actually somewhat glad that he was getting time off. He'd be able to go around the city without having to wear a uniform and, hopefully, without being attacked or the like. He had gotten dressed in a sorta business casual attire and a pair of tennis shoes. He then decided to walk, where to he didn't know. He'd just go wherever his feet took him.
Eventually he made it down to the mall and stopped out front. He stood where he was for about five minutes deciding if he should go in or not. Then eventually he did. He made it to the front door and saw a girl standing in it the door way. "Excuse me." He said quietly and politely partly trying to hide his accent. Because right now he was off duty. No reason to start a conflict.

The faint voice of another struck Mira, like a shock from a thunder cloud. She looked back to see a male, who had seemed to try to get in. She just thought to herself a bit. Hmph. There are two doors.. She would never say that out loud, not trying to start a conflict with anyone. She just gave a glance at the male and then stepped back a foot or two. She spoke with the most innocent of voices. "No, no. Excuse me." She gave a bit of a bow, before letting the male pass through. Then she glanced around the mall.
Before speaking again to the male, she thought a bit. Maybe I can get some information about the mall and where to go. She wasn't really acquainted with the mall, as she was with the rest of the city. She spoke to the male again. "Um, sorry if I'm bothering you, but I was wondering if you have a map of this place?" She sounded ridiculous, but she had only seen the outside a few times. She had never went in.
She spoke again, looking around at all the people. "I am not usually here often. So I could get lost."

When the girl bowed and responded he hesitated for abit before bowing back slightly in return trying not to cause a problem. "Sorry." he said before starting to look around to see where he could go. When the girl talked he turned to look back. He winced slightly. "Well I'm kinda from out of town. So I don't really know this place very well." He said looking around again. "Sorry."

It was hard to say exactly what Mira would do. Since the boy did not know where to go around this place, she would just have to take a risk and wonder around. She figured that she would leave the male alone, being it was that she had put him through enough as it was. She didn't even know him and, already, she had been in his way and made him feel awkward about her question. She just gave a small nod and then spoke again. "Alright. Well thank you anyway. I'll just figure my own way around." She turned away.
Then she padded towards another long, what looked like a hallway, and began to slowly walk straight. She glanced back and could see the male getting smaller and smaller, as she walked. Then she faced her head back forward. I knew I shouldn't have come here today. I should have just gave the Monarch another test drive. She stopped in her tracks, hearing a big thud on the ground. Then in front of her, a few yards away, was a cloud of smoke. "Terrorists? Or maybe something else." She stood where she was and watched.
People around her began to run towards the exit, where her and that male stood. Mira just stared at the smoke. "I knew today wouldn't be all boring. Now maybe I can use the Monarch- Oh wait. I almost forgot." She pulled out the key to her knightmare and sighed. "I can't use it in public. It is stolen property after all." She spoke, quietly and emotionless.
Then she shoved the key back in her pocket and began to walk towards the smoke. All of a sudden a knightmare sprinted out of the smoke, heading towards Mira.
